What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit picture where your face is easy to see works best — an ordinary selfie is ideal. Avoid heavy shadows, sunglasses and very blurry shots, because the result can only be as clear as what you give it.

How long does it take?

Usually about 30 seconds. You can stay on the page and watch it appear — there's no need to come back later or check your email.

What happens to my photo? Is it private?
